Pasta experiment success! Grabbed some olive oil and sauteed garlic and mushrooms, added Chardonnay wine, butter, cream, whatever seasonings felt like shakin', sqeezed a lemon, dash of sesame oil, etc. Steamed some fresh asparagas, then threw that into the mix. Sliced fresh Roma tomatoes, and tossed entire mix together with cooked angel hair pasta. Washed and rinsed fresh basil leaves from my plant, tore them into pieces stirred in and a generous plop of Gorgonzola cheese. Served on plate with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Result... Fabulous!
