Healthy Homemade Face Mask

This mask works well for all skin types but is especially helpful for healing old scars.  Your skin will be be grateful for the natural antibacterial effects and added moisture.  It creates a thin consistency and goes on almost clear.  You can cover and refrigerate leftovers for about a week.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp honey
4 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp Greek yogurt
2 tsp Green or Chamomile tea
1 tsp milk
1 egg white
2 drops Tea Tree essential oil

Directions:
1.)  Mix together all ingredients either in a bowl or blender until paste consistency.
2.)  Apply and let dry for 10-20 minutes, rinse and pat dry.
3.)  Drink remaining tea and enjoy your new fresh face.  (If you wear your mask in the morning use Green Tea for the extra energy, if evening use Chamomile for relaxation).

  1. Oh. My. That sounds absolutely wonderful....we have everything except the Greek yogurt (we do have it but it is strawberry flavored) thanks for the recipe :)

  2. You can alter this recipe, strawberry would work too. It smells so good, pictures to follow soon.
